01 · Prove the core — in progress
Token discovery, quote comparison, supported ArcSwap preparation, explicit fees and limits, saved activity, and a simple trading interface.
Evidence: a testnet buy/sell roundtrip completed in the original interface. The new React interface still requires connected-wallet and end-to-end qualification.
02 · Qualify the testnet beta — next
Complete browser bridge and recovery checks. Verify desktop and narrow-screen layouts in both light and dark mode. The documentation already includes a theme toggle; the app refresh remains in progress. Complete Reown setup and qualify mobile wallet connection before declaring the planned wallet scope ready.
Prepare one HTTPS host, persistent storage, monitoring, public route restrictions, and rollback. No team preview is published until UI and functional release gates pass.
03 · Qualify mainnet — access dependent
Obtain supported provider access, verify production contracts and configuration, review each execution path, and prove authorized small settlements. Enable only qualified routes after release approval.
04 · Expand liquidity coverage — planned
Add a second executable venue, then selected bridge networks, launchpad and new-pool discovery, and additional pool types. Coverage expands only with reviewed adapters and execution evidence.
05 · Grow usage and revenue — planned
Shareable token pages, referral attribution, reliable usage measurement, and transparent fee activation. Prepare ecosystem grant applications after the demo and milestone evidence are ready.
06 · Rewards — exploratory
Consider a limited Season 0 points program with published eligibility and abuse controls. No points program, token distribution, conversion rate, or airdrop is promised by this roadmap. Read the points research and proposed season design.
07 · APIs, bots and agents — planned
Release a versioned read-only API first, partner preparation second, bot integrations third, and policy-controlled agent tools last. See developer roadmap for capabilities, integration candidates, revenue and release gates.
08 · Advanced infrastructure — later
Evaluate richer market history, split routing, sponsored onboarding, Unified Balance, and an agent-facing API. Add them only when they improve the core product and can be supported safely.
